Le autorità locali sembra che preferiscano la diffusione delle auto e l'ingolfamento delle strade alla forte espansione del veicolo elettrico che piace tanto ai commuters locali. Non sono contenti i 100 costruttori locali di di bici elettriche e i 100 mila che dovranno andare a piedi o comprarsi una bicicletta normale o una macchina.
